The dj is playing a club mix of billy joel’s longest time. I have to admit it brought tears of happiness to my eyes. When I was a kid, this song made me so happy I would kick my legs when it came on the radio while we were in the car.

Walked by a place called The Chapel and followed a couple of girls in. First thought, oh no please don’t let it be a lesbian club. Luckily it wasn’t. Reminded me of the Paradiso in Amsterdam, a church turned nightclub.

Sometimes people don’t do it purposely or consciously but they peg you. And at the most basic energetic level, it will limit you, particularly if you’re sensitive to the interplay of energies and projections. You have to be very careful who you allow close to you, to project onto you. It is very important you open only to people who see you big or as open possibility.

I think if people could see me play basketball on a team, they would see me in my most unadulterated form. It’s not so much evident in what I, myself, can do. It’s about my effect on those around me.
