I closed my first sale today. 25K. It’s a start-up in cloud computing. We got the PO and it was PO #1. It was the funniest thing. They’re my first sale and I’m their first purchase. The engineer who approved the configurations said it must have been love at first sight.

When you need pain more than you want love, you’ll only accept love with pain. A coworker of mine found out his girlfriend has been sending naked pictures of herself with explicit emails to a mutual friend whose wife is 8 months pregnant. He’s been on his phone fighting with her and crying all day. On one hand, I hate it seeing how careless people are with other people’s feelings. On the other hand, I wish he would see he’s worth more than someone who would make him feel this way.
